By using any Eptus Studio product or service, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Our products and their code are protected by copyright. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

Eptus Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
